Processing summary

  • Sending messages you pre-approved during sign-up (account status, updates and operational communications).
  • Viewing conversations while the chat session remains active in the application.
  • Secure storage of operational data in MongoDB and use of cloud Redis for cache/queues.
  • We do not sell data and we do not use it for purposes beyond those described in this Policy.

What data we process

  • Account data required to connect WhatsApp Business (e.g., IDs, tokens, technical metadata).
  • Message content necessary to execute approved sends and enable viewing of the active chat.
  • Technical logs and usage data for security, auditing and service improvement.

  • Contract performance: providing approved messaging service and status updates.
  • Legitimate interests: security, abuse prevention, reliability and continuous improvement.
  • Consent: where applicable, e.g., for optional communications and additional integrations.

Sharing and service providers

We may share data with technology providers necessary for operation (e.g., hosting, databases, cloud Redis, monitoring), always under contracts and appropriate security measures. We do not sell data.

Security and retention

We apply technical and organizational controls to protect data. We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or to fulfill legal obligations, including retention periods associated with audit and defense of rights.
