Acceptance

By using SevenSales, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you connect your WhatsApp Business account, you represent that you have the necessary authorizations and comply with applicable Meta policies.

Service

• Sending messages pre-approved by the user at sign-up and communications about account status and updates.
• Displaying conversations while the chat remains active in the application.

Meta compliance

You agree to comply with the Meta Platform Terms and other applicable policies when using WhatsApp Business and Meta APIs. See: Meta Platform Terms.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for spam, fraud, harassment, illegal content or violations of Meta policies.
• Respect WhatsApp Business template and messaging policies and limits.

Data and privacy

We process data as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell data and we limit use to the service's operational purposes.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change or discontinue features and will make reasonable efforts to notify of material changes. Access may be suspended in case of violations of these Terms or Meta policies.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for data accuracy and authorizations for using your WhatsApp Business account.
• SevenSales makes efforts to keep the service secure and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
